Vandalism, again!

As we expected, entirely due to WBC inaction, the pieces of concrete from the vandalised footpath walls at the new footway at Blackburne Close have been thrown over the hedge of a residents property and vandalised their car!  This cannot be tolerated and the vandals have got to be caught and punished.  Warrington Borough Council have got to take responsibility for their inaction and have got now to understand the worry caused to residents by the introduction of this footpath at this point.  Why will our Council not listen and react to a petition handed to the Mayor last year and fill in this footway before further damage is done?

We shall be considering further how to react to this latest problem for the residents of Blackburne Close and would welcome support from other rersidents of the Longbarn Estate.
