A bit of good news, the clear-up team from Longbarn Residents Association, yesterday, made a great start to weeding and clearing the East bound side of Padgate Station. As you may or may not of been aware, the LRA have been in consultation with Northern Rail, to clear-up Padgate Station. and as you can see on the photos taken today(19th July 2015), East bound looks really clean and free from weeds and i may add, Northern Rail have allowed the LRA to add some colour in the form of Planters. West bound will be next. If anyone has a couple of hours to spare, please get in-touch via the contact form and we will let you know. The more people to help, the less time it will take. TBC for the East bound clear up. As an idea, maybe we should have a ‘friends of Padgate Railway Station’.
