Warrington Borough Council have indicated that the grass on this embankment will now only be cut once a year.  In an attempt to improve its appearance we have planted 500 daffodil bulbs at the Carpenter Grove end.  We are now working with WBC to make further improvements having received funding of £500 from the Community Chest.
