The rain tried to put of today’s first Longbarn Resident’s Funday at the New Horizon’s School in Longbarn.

With entertainment from Trinity Girls Brass Band, Hawkeye Falconary Display and Carmen Morris Dancers.

The event was opened by out going Mayor Geoff Settle. Everyone who visited who had a fantastic time, visiting stalls, such as Care Matters, WDP, St Roccos and Horizon Performing Arts, but to name a few. Also in attendance was the Police and Warrington Fire Services, who gave up there valuable time, to be with us today, thank you!

Longbarn Residents Association would like to thank everyone who gave up their afternoon for today’s event, New Horizon School for letting us use the field and facilities, we very much appreciate it. Greencore for providing today’s food for everyone, Mukti’s Mini Supermarket for providing refreshments and Alan Bradshaw for comparing our event and providing music.

Well done to all members of the LRA for organising today’s event, Congratulations to you all!

If we have missed anyone a BIG thank you to you all and see you next year!
