We are setting up a Sub Group called “Friends of Padgate Station” that will be Chaired by Bob McLaughlin.  The aim of this Group is to upgrade the Station using the recently improved Irlam Station as a model.  Several Organisations have indicated their willingness to join with us and meetings are ongoing to make sure that we get the maximum coverage for this project, including the history, which will probably take several years to come to fruition.

The inuagural meeting of this Group will take place on Thursday 31st March 2016 at 7:30pm in the lounge of the Padgate Village Club.  If you are interested in joining with us it would be helpful to hear from you in advance of the meeting.  We look forward to meeting as many of you as can make it on the 31st.
