Warringto Borough Council have repaired the vandalised concrete panelling in Blackburne Close. they have also planted bushes to try to deter people from climbing and crossing at that point of the dual carriageway. There is a petition that residents of Blackburne Close has been signing to block this pathway. Please sign the petition to block this as it is a gateway to criminal activity onto the estate.
