The owner of Longbarn convenience store. Raj Usani, contacted the LRA regarding the bin outside his shop, as well as Councillor Geoff Settle read email below:

I have just received an email from Raj at the convenience store off Longbarn.

He arrived at work this morning to find the bin in the state it is in the photograph.

Looking at his CCTV he clearly see at 10:50 to 10:54 last night two youths approached the bin took a look inside, went away and then took a closer look lifting the top off and rooting through the rubbish.

Raj has the evidence on tape and belives that they were looking for something that had been dropped inside.

I have asked him to keep the tape for the police to review.
