In relation to the recent blaze at the Bayleaf, Torus issued the following statement to LRA on Tuesday 29th March 2017 .

 “Torus has commissioned contractors Excavation & Contracting UK to proceed with demolition works.  They will secure the site boundary and provide 24hr security until the building is demolished to slab level.  If necessary Torus will undertake any further work to tidy the site.”
