I had a walk around the Bayleaf today to see what mess the Irish Travellers have left. They have made a mess by leaving there general waste around the carpark. But to my horror, i found quite alot of fly tipping, in the front right parking area and also around the back of the property, such as tyres in the garage just dumped, sofas and also general rubbish. The owner of the property needs to do something about this problem and not to hope it is swept under the carpet. Another problem which arises from the travellers visit, that the entrance to the carpark has now been blocked. two things about this problem is:
Longbarn Bowlers Association are unable to access the carpark and play!
- Parents from Christ Church Primary School are unable to access safe parking for there children, thus creating more parking on Harpers Road.
As the Irish Travellers have never been a problem in our area before, even in the history of Longbarn, they have caused so much upheaval in just a short space of time! I have taken a video of the area, please click on the you tube link below:
