THE HIPPOS PLAY AREA

You may be aware that LRA have won funding from WREN to replace the Play Area between Blackburne Close and Anderson Close.  The Contract has now been awarded to Wicksteed and you should see works commence in the coming weeks.  This is a very important scheme, costing approx. £50k, which will be inclusive and disability friendly.  LRA have worked hard to get to this point to produce this significant development.  It is hoped that this scheme will be ready to be used by August 2016.  Watch out for further details of the Launch Date.  We will keep you informed of progress.
