“Unfortunately this is a private matter that under law has to be sorted by the landowner taking legal action. I received an irate threatening phone call yesterday advocating action unless I did something as a councillor. As you will know I have done so on WBC land like Peel Hall park and Bennett’s Rec etc but I can’t on private land”.
