We undertook a Traffic Survey on the length of Harpers Road on 7th July 2014 between 7:30am and 9:15am The results are very interesting and will be discussed in detail at a future meeting of LRA.

Our figures confirm that traffic is coming from the west of the Town and using Harpers Road as a rat run which is causing road safety issues for children going to school and pedestrians trying to cross the road. We shall be making efforts to conduct a further Survey after the holidays and when the children have returned to school.

If you would like to help with this further survey please let us know. There is a scheme to alter the double yellow lines and the two bus stops at Christ Church School which is currently being studied by Warrington Borough Council. Please support us in our efforts to improve road safety in our area.
