Siting a new planter

Have you seen the three new “Planters that Jack Built”, on Harpers Road?  They were installed on 26th August 2017.

They are splendid and give an extra dimension to the planter scheme on the estate.

The planters themselves were all built, from scratch, by Jack Buonanducci.  Nice work Jack.

They are to a design which resembles a “wedding cake”, adding an extra feature to the existing display of planters.

(It’s amazing how much soil these planters take to fill.)

Taking Shape

Personally, I think the planter scheme that LRA set up and operates is excellent – thanks to all involved.

Friends, visitors and people passing through often say how good the planters look and say they wish they had something similar where they live.  In fact, we know that the scheme has been copied in other areas, which can only be a good thing.
